How It Works

What we are going do is chat for a little while, to determine what problems you are having with the computer. After that is finished we will make a remote connection over the Internet, which gives us control over your PC to make necessary fix's to the machine. You will need to install software that we will give you to make this process work. Once that is done successfully you will be free to leave the house if need be or watch us work. This process could take several hours. We will contact you when the job is complete or for other information. Once job is complete you will sign off that we have done what you have asked and that you do not have any more complications with the computer.
